Dear Keith,
I write to you this morning with my faith in mankind restored and, not only willingness, but also a desire to tell your story to everyone I know. Rest assured, if ever I am asked whom to use when in need of AC/Heating service, there is but one answer - Triple A. Let me recap this year's events:

When the weather turned warm earlier in the year, our upstairs cooling unit was not working. I inquired of my neighbors, David and Vicki Carter, who they knew in the AC business. Your company was mentioned and they said they had known you for a number of years. Vicki gave me your number and I put in the call to you at about 7:00am. All of this done via cell phone, while I am on a layover in the Atlanta airport. I expected to get on my flight and perhaps have a voice mail from you when I arrived in Dallas. Not the case. Not only did I receive an immediate return call from you, by the time I arrived home, your employee, Jorge, was completing the repair on our AC unit. I appreciated this immensely. I know I was not the only person with AC trouble as the weather turned warm. I was impressed. I thought that was good service.

Now you did this:

The weather turns cold and, as luck would have it, 2 of the 3 units in our house were not heating properly. I called again from my office in downtown Dallas, and when I arrived home an hour later, Jorge was already there working on the problems. Again, what a great response by your organization. Jorge was able to fix one unit without much trouble. The other proved to be more of a challenge. At first glance, it appeared that the gas valve was bad and needed to be replaced. Jorge replaced the valve and still it was not working properly. Upon further examination, it turns out that there was a ground wire that was not making a good connection and this was the source of the problem. What happened next truly astounds me. Jorge removed the new gas valve and reinstalled the old one that was still working fine. He could have very easily left that valve in and claimed it was the problem. I would have no way of knowing and the whole event could have cost me a great deal more money than it did.

The honesty and integrity shown by your company is refreshing and I can assure you this: I will use no other service company as long as I live in the Metroplex. Further, I will look for opportunities to tell my neighbors and friends about my experiences with your organization. Please feel free to use me as a reference should you ever have need for one.
