RE: Commendation for Employees and Operations of Business


Dear Sirs:


Today, as never before, I am being forced to compose a 'Commendation Letter' concerning your Employees and Company Operations. Approximately twoscore (40) years ago, I observed the upsurge of Air Conditioning and Heating companies in Texas. Today, Texas is one of the most desirable states to work and play because of Air Conditioning. Air Conditioning businesses have been the target of many an investigating reporter's story. The conclusions of the stories are always the same, 'Buyer Beware.' Unfortunately in today's market, the homeowner is still advised to beware of AC sales and unsavory technicians. I am constantly reminded of the butchers in the larger grocery store chain in Texas that closed because of the investigative reporter informing the public of hamburger meat being treated with Hawaiian Punch to give it a red color. In my business of polygraph testing, I have seen and tested con men who have preyed on homeowners who did not have the foresight to review a company's record before giving them their hard earned money. The Better Business Bureaus of major cities have, for decades, made their money by giving the consumer information about organizations. Unfortunately, the BBB only informs of complaints and not commendations. In my 22 years of polygraph testing, I have learned to listen and to watch for deception in a person's body language, eye contact, voice, etc. Although body language is not a 'Lie Detector' test, it can frequently give one quick clue as to the person's intent. When the time came to repair the AC at my home, I contacted several AC operations. I also contacted friends and clients who knew of AC companies based upon their prior experience.


A dear friend referred me to your company. After visiting with Keith Neff, I gained more confidence in your operations. When your technician, Jorge, came to my home, he diagnosed the problem immediately. Jorge, like the other service providers, diagnosed the exact problem. Jorge, unlike the other service providers I have used at my home, took the small extra steps needed to protect my home. He took the time to insure my carpet was covered to avoid any damage. He advised my wife and me of each step he was taking and, most importantly, why he was taking these steps. When he finished, my air conditioning was working to its fullest capacity. Jorge was very friendly, not surly, like many of the AC individuals we contacted. Your company was not the most expensive, nor the least expensive, but rather in-between. I know the reason for your price. It can only be explained based on your company's desire to be fair in your pricing and service.


I have taken the time to compose this letter for those individuals who may want a reference about your organization. I would like to state categorically, without any reservations, that your company exhibits the following characteristics:


A fair and reasonable price for your services.
Employees who truly care about their customers.
Employees who know their jobs inside and out. They are, without a doubt, true experts in their chosen field.
A job done with excellence, in the time frame stated and the price quoted.
Every one in your organization treats their customers like a king or queen, knowing that customer satisfaction is paramount to your operations.
Last and most important, I would truly consider it an honor and privilege to inform each current customer and every future customer, that you and your company are the best of the best. God definitely blessed me in the finding of your organization. We, as customers, rarely inform those organizations that provide outstanding service, believing it is to be automatic. We are quick to condemn, but often slow to praise those companies, which are outstanding in service and parts. Please give my telephone number to anyone who would want a reference about your operations. You have gained a customer for life and, more importantly, a friend.


Keith Neff, Jorge and your company are bright and shining stars in a galaxy of Air Conditioning and Heating companies, which are covered in clouds of gimmicks in yellow page advertising.
